Acceptance
By creating an account, purchasing a plan or using the services, you agree to these terms and applicable platform policies.
Service scope
Servanexo provides platform access, billing workflows, domain and infrastructure automation, and deployment of the Servanexo Commerce product according to the selected plan.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for accurate account information, secure credentials and activity performed through your account.
Payments and renewals
Prices, billing intervals, taxes and renewal behavior are displayed during checkout or in your billing portal. Failed payments may lead to suspension after the configured grace period.
Domains
Domain availability is not guaranteed until registration completes. Registry and registrar rules apply, and domain fees may be non-refundable.
Availability
We work to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider incidents and circumstances outside our control may affect service.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Servanexo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Suspension and termination
Accounts or stores may be suspended for non-payment, abuse, security risks or violations of these terms. Data retention follows the configured platform policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Servanexo LLC, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
