Refund Policy
This policy explains when payments may be refunded and which services are non-refundable.
Last updated: July 22, 2026
Eligible refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the purchased service, delivery status, payment provider rules and any mandatory rights under applicable law.
Domain fees
Successfully registered, renewed or transferred domain fees are generally non-refundable because registry services are completed immediately.
Provisioned services
Hosting, infrastructure and deployment work already provisioned may be deducted or excluded from a refund.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Posting time depends on Stripe, PayPal, card networks and the receiving bank.
Chargebacks
Contact support before filing a payment dispute so we can review the transaction and service delivery.
Subscription cancellation
Cancelling renewal stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current paid period unless required by law or explicitly approved.
Requesting a refund
Submit the payment reference, reason and relevant details through the authenticated support center.
